The Panjwani-Hisaar Water Institute (PHWI) is a collaborative effort of NED University,Panjwani Charitable Foundation (PCF) and Hisaar Foundation (HF).
PHWI is designed to play a pivotal role in new ways of thinking about water, developing theory and practice,doing applied research, and undertaking scientific investigationsin the age of rapid climate change and environmental degradation.
